Outfit Diaries: The LBD

Now that the news of my bump is officially out (read that here) I’m delighted to finally share some new ‘Outfit Diary’ posts with you ๐Ÿ™‚ This latest look was shot about a week or ten days ago and is celebrating the ever timeless LBD. Everything I’m wearing is from Littlewoods Ireland

About The Look

It all started with these shoes, do they really need an explanation? The moment I saw them on the Littlewoods Ireland website, I fell in love with them!! Plus they are now on sale… Even better! ๐Ÿ™‚ You can see them here.ย ย They were the starting point for my inspiration for this look.

With shoes as bold as these, I knew I wanted to style them with something simple, and if possible, incorporate the colours. So when I saw this stunning pink swing coat, I knew it was perfect. This coat has a real 60’s vibe. View the coat here.

The Little Black Dress or the LBD as it’s better known as is timeless; a classic piece that you will always wear. There are nights when nothing else will work, but the LBD always does! Pregnant or not, every woman needs a great LBD and I love this one from Littlewoods Ireland, it’s a lovely stretchy, breathable fabric and feels so comfy on. Plus I love this rouching detail across the front – The perfect detail to look out for anyone who is a little conscious of their tummy area. View this dress here. Other LBD’s I spotted on Littlewoods Ireland and loved are this oneย and this one,
