Metallics are having their chance to shine (see what I did there :-)) this Autumn/ Winter season. From rose golds, silvers and bronze to full on golds and sequin, prepare to see lots of metallics in stores over the coming months!
This season we are seeing metallics on everything from shoes and trousers to dresses, tops, jackets and handbags! Ladies, it’s time to get your metallic on!!
How to Wear….. Metallics
When it comes to wearing metallic shades less is most definitely more. Opt for one key statement metallic piece in your outfit. Whether that’s a metallic skirt, a top, trousers or a jacket – Let it do the talking and keep everything else in your outfit relatively muted and neutral.
Don’t be afraid to embrace the look – A metallic skirt worn with heavy black tights, boots and an oversized chunky knit jumper is a gorgeous look for the season. You don’t need to go really loud or overly sparkly to rock this trend! For the lady who likes a more understated look, keep an eye out for a piece with metallic detail through it as opposed to full on metallic.
