Hello 1990’s – the Chocker is back!
I am old enough to have worn it first time around, it my teens I lived in those black velvet chokers, but I never thought we’d see them back in fashion so soon. And wow they are a huge trend now. And I have to admit, at first I didn’t like the look, but it’s really growing on me now. As they say, “never say never in fashion” as EVERYTHING comes back into style!
