Star Buy: Purple Shorts

The moment I saw these purple shorts in River Island, I knew they had to be mine! I just LOVE this shade of purple (Think it’s cuz it reminds me of a chocolate wrapper!!). Plus the fit is great on, so I bought them this week! ๐Ÿ™‚

I love that these shorts are slightly high waisted, so they are very flattering on. Plus I love this ‘city short’ style – It’s a loose fitting style, so very comfy and easy to wear. I plan on wearing these right now with black tights, and I can really see myself wearing into the spring/ summer season without tights. Plus these are the perfect shorts for dressing up or down, they’ll look equally good worn with a black polo neck, tights and ankle boots for day time wear as they will with a dressier top, blazer and heels for going out glam!
