A day at Kildare Village

Hey ladies

Last week the lovely people at Kildare Village invited me down to have a look at the fantastic range of occasion wear options they have for all the family. I had a great time, I hadn’t been down in Kildare Village in so long and had forgotten how lovely it is down there, plus there are so many new shops opened since I had been there last.

For us ladies there is so much choice ย from The Kooples, Ted Baker, Reiss, Sรณ Collective (massive array of Irish designers) DVF and French Connection to Kurt Geiger, LK Bennett, Karen Millen and Jigsaw (to name just a small selection!!). See the full list of brands available here. And the discounts to be had are amazing!!! I was quite honestly blown away. If you have something coming up, it is well worth your while to take a trip down!

And it’s not just for us ladies, for the gents there is Hackett, Brooks Brothers, Polo Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger and Jack Wills and for the kiddies there is a massive selection too with the likes of Joules (one of my FAV kids brands – and soooo much cheaper down in Kildare Village), and also Pretty Ballerinas, Hackett, Cath Kidson and more!

If the men need some time out they even have a “Man Cave” where they can hang out and relax – if they get tired shopping with you! Plus for the kids there is a playground. Being down there made me realise it would be a really great place for go for a day with Cormac and Anabelle Ivy, there is so much place for her to run around. Plus there is lots of choice for lunch or coffees if you need a shopping break ๐Ÿ˜‰ There’s Le Pain Quotidien, Dunne & Crescenzi and Joes coffee. Perfect family day out.

While I was down there I was on the hunt for my ‘Top Picks’ when it comes to occasion wear so whether it’s communion, confirmation, a christening, a summer wedding or the upcoming races (Punchestown is only weeks away!!). Here is just a selection of what caught my eye.

I could have spent hours more trying on looks, there was just SO.MUCH.CHOICE.

The Kooples is a brand I love, but always find it a wee bit pricey so it’s great to see such massive savings on it in Kiladre Village, same goes for lots of the pieces I tried on – Ted Baker, Karen Millen, Reiss and French Connection.

Hope you enjoyed the post ๐Ÿ™‚

‘Til next time
